Cirkex Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using the Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and Cirkex ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They apply to all services offered on the Cirkex website and mobile application, including sports betting, casino games, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and any other features available to registered users.

By accessing the Cirkex platform, clicking "Register", creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, game-specific terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

If you are using the Cirkex app or mobile browser version, the same Terms apply in full. Accessing the platform via any device or method does not change your obligations under these Terms.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

The Cirkex platform is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any part of the platform, including viewing betting markets, depositing funds, or playing casino games.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or restricted from using gambling platforms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.

Cirkex reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If verification reveals that a user is under 18, or that false information was provided during registration, the account will be suspended immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned at the platform's discretion.

3Account Registration

To use the Cirkex platform, you must register for a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on Cirkex. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through another person — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected that belong to the same person, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — private and secure.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you personally authorised it.
• Notifying Cirkex immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your contact details, including email address and phone number, up to date.

Cirkex does not permit account sharing. Your account is for your sole personal use. You may not transfer, sell, or allow any other person to use your account.

4Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on Cirkex are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposit
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposit
• Raast – instant bank transfer
• Bank Transfer – direct bank-to-bank
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Mobile Wallets – other supported options

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposit amounts must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Cirkex does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is made from a payment method not belonging to you, the funds may be held and the account investigated.

Deposits are generally credited to your Cirkex account promptly, but processing times can vary depending on the payment method and any bank or network delays. Cirkex is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your name — the same method used for depositing, where possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-linked funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.

Cirkex processes withdrawals to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank accounts. Processing times vary: mobile wallet withdrawals are typically faster, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.

Cirkex reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification. This is a standard procedure and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

If a withdrawal is rejected or delayed, our support team will inform you of the reason. Common causes include incomplete verification, mismatched payment details, or an active security review on the account.

6Betting Rules

Cirkex offers a wide range of sports betting markets, with a focus on cricket — including Pakistan internationals, PSL matches, T20 tournaments, and other ICC events — as well as football, esports, kabaddi, tennis, and more.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• In-play bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance to ensure fair market conditions. A bet accepted during live play will be settled at the odds confirmed at acceptance, not the odds displayed at the moment you clicked.
• Cirkex may void any bet that was placed on an event affected by a clear technical error in the odds — for example, a market published at obviously incorrect values due to a system fault.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be void or settled according to the specific rules for that sport or market. These rules are available within the platform's sports betting section.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets and are set by the platform. These can vary by sport, event, and market type.

Cirkex does not accept bets placed for professional or commercial purposes. The platform is for recreational use by individual players only. Betting patterns that suggest professional or syndicated play may result in bet restrictions or account review.

7Casino Games

The Cirkex casino section includes slots, live casino games with real dealers, table games, and other game categories. All casino games use verified random number generation or live dealer mechanics to ensure fair outcomes.

By playing any casino game on Cirkex, you accept that:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by chance. No strategy, system, or pattern of play guarantees a win.
• Each game has its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and variance, which are disclosed within the game or its information panel.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of the specific game being played, as explained by the dealer and visible on-screen.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within each game interface.
• Cirkex is not responsible for disconnections or technical issues on your device or internet connection during a game session. In the event of a disconnection, most games will resume from where they left off upon reconnection. If a round cannot be completed, the bet may be refunded at the platform's discretion.

8Bonuses & Promotions

Cirkex offers bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events like PSL or international cricket tournaments.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside each offer. General bonus rules that apply across the platform include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility requirements are stated in each promotion's terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a minimum amount of play that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in its terms.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Cirkex platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use automated bots or scripts to place bets.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game where collusion could affect the outcome.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a way that is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Cirkex staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access parts of the platform or user accounts that you are not authorised to access.

Cirkex monitors account activity continuously. Suspicious patterns, irregular betting behaviour, or any activity that suggests a violation of these rules will trigger a review. During a review, the account may be temporarily restricted pending investigation.

10Responsible Gaming

Cirkex believes that betting and casino gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress or financial difficulty. We are committed to providing tools and information to help our users play responsibly.

12Account Suspension & Termination

Cirkex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if:

• The account holder requests closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any bonus balance and winnings derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Real-money deposits that were not involved in prohibited activity will generally be returned, subject to verification and compliance checks.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the Cirkex support team. Account closure requests are processed promptly. You may not open a new account after requesting voluntary closure without contacting support first.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Cirkex shall not be liable for:

The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While Cirkex makes every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free of errors or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters where liability cannot be excluded by law.

14Changes to These Terms
